MODE 108 is medium-resolution screen MODE supported by the VideoNuLA
hardware, selectable with the VideoNuLA ROM.
The MODE 108 code adapts the MODE 4 screen, adding extra colour bits to provide a
9-colour version of MODE 4, 40 × 32 characters in 9 colours.
