MODE 97 is medium-resolution screen MODE supported by the VideoNuLA
hardware, selectable with the VideoNuLA ROM.
The MODE 97 code adapts the MODE 1 screen, adding extra colour bits to provide a
13-colour version of MODE 1, 40 × 32 characters in 13 colours.
