OSBYTE &BE (190) - Read/Write ADC type

   A value of 0=the default resolution
              8=use only 8 bit resolution (faster)
              12=use 12 bit resolution
   Note The ADC value is scaled to fit 16 bits, it is the resolution which is
        being set not the range
