OSWORD &63 (99 ) - Read last VFS error number VFS

Same format as ADFS call &73 (115).
On exit:
 XY+0..2=sector error occured at
 XY?2=b5-b7=drive number
 XY?3 b0-b6=result code as in OSWORD &62 (98), b7=0 if
  error occured on a channel
 XY?4=channel number if XY?3 b7=0
