OSWORD &4C (76 ) - Extended communications control TQCOM
On entry:
XY?0=operation code
XY?1=port or protocol number
Operations are:
0 - Initialise port for protocol (and claim vectors required,
including &0234).
1 - Return null terminated port/protocol text name at XY+2...
