OSBYTE &6B (107) - External/Internal 1MHz Bus (on exit X is preserved)

   Y=0 X=0 select external bus running at 2MHz
       X=1 select internal bus running at 1MHz
   This call allows the selection of either the external cartridge slot style
   of '1MHz' bus, or the internal 1MHz bus under the keyboard.In the case of
   the Master Compact X=1 has no effect as it has no connectors under the
   keyboard
