OSWORD &55 (85 ) - Get bytes from file buffer DVR
XY is a buffer handle. On entry: XY+0..1=number of bytes to get XY+2..4=file pointer to the start of the data On exit: XY contains an address at which the data is found, which is guaranteed to stay until another get bytes call or a flush all blocks call. If the call failed, C is set and X contains a failure code.
