OSBYTE &E1 (225) - Read/Write Interpretation of F-Keys

On entry: A=&E1, <NEW VALUE> = (<OLD VALUE> AND Y) EOR X

On exit: X=<OLD VALUE>, Y=<NEXT OSBYTE> (i.e. current value for OSBYTE &E2)

The values are:

Value Function
0 Ignore key
1 Expand as normal soft key
2-&FF Add value to soft key number to provide ASCII code

On the Electron this controls the effect of FUNC + 0-9.
