OSBYTE &E6 (230) - Read/Write ESCAPE effects
A zero causes the default ESCAPE effects, ie. when it is acknowledged the active output buffers are flushed, any *EXEC files are closed, the VDU queue is emptied, any pending soft key expansion is cancelled, and the paged mode scroll count is zeroed. A non zero value stops all these effects.
