OSBYTE &B5 (181) - Read/Write RS423 interpretation

   A value of 1 (the default) means that RS423 input is taken as raw data
              0 means that RS423 is treated as though from the keyboard so 
                that ESCAPE and soft keys are acted on (with their respective
                events if enabled)
